Auto-SEO Connect
Connect your WordPress site to Auto-SEO in two clicks. Your weekly SEO articles then publish automatically with featured images, categories and meta descriptions. No application passwords, no shared logins.
Version 1.3.1, updated 19 October 2026. Already have an earlier version? WordPress will offer the update, or upload this zip and choose “Replace current with uploaded”. Your connection stays in place.
If Chrome says the file is not commonly downloaded, click Keep. It is our own plugin and safe to install.
WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the zip, click Install Now.

Click Activate.

Go to Settings → Auto-SEO Connect and click Connect to Auto-SEO.

Sign in to your Auto-SEO account and click Approve. Done: waiting articles publish within the hour.
New in 1.3: small site changes made for you
Need a new page, a menu label changed, a contact form or a welcome popup? Ask our team and we can make it through the plugin, so you do not have to send a WordPress login.
Pages. We can add a new page or update an existing one, saved as a draft or published, as you prefer.
Menu labels. We can rename a menu item, hide one or add one. The change is applied when your menu is shown, so your menus themselves are not edited.
Contact form. A simple, spam-protected form for any page. Messages are emailed to you, and replying goes straight to the visitor.
Welcome popup. A short message for first-time visitors. Any sign-ups are emailed to you too.
Site messages. Contact messages and popup sign-ups are also kept in your WordPress admin, with a CSV download.
You stay in control
Every change is listed under Settings → Auto-SEO Connect → Change log, with an Undo button beside it.
Nothing is uploaded as code. Changes are made with settings only.
You can switch site changes off at any time in the same screen, and disconnect whenever you like.
What it does
Publishes each approved article as a normal post: title, body, featured image, category, excerpt and meta description (Yoast, Rank Math and All in One SEO supported).
Copies images into your media library, so nothing hotlinks.
Never duplicates: if an article is sent twice it updates the existing post.
Serves an llms.txt file so AI search tools can read a plain summary of your site.
Pings Auto-SEO once a day so we know straight away if publishing stops working.
Uses its own token-secured endpoint. It cannot read your passwords, install code, upload files or change users, and you can disconnect from the plugin page at any time.
Security plugin blocking the REST API?
If the settings page says the REST API looks blocked, allow requests to /wp-json/autoseo/v1/ from the Auto-SEO server 198.38.92.6 in your security plugin or firewall, then try Connect again.
